What is chgostore.com’s shipping policy?
We ship USPS with tracking on all U.S. Orders (we sometimes use UPS with tracking as well).  Upon payment verification, you can expect to receive your purchase within approximately 7-10 business days (excluding holidays). We are not responsible for undelivered orders that are reported to us when the Postal Service’s shipping and tracking system shows a completed package delivery.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, dacribchgo.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Does chgostore.com ship internationally?
Yes, for international orders we ship USPS First Class Mail International (in some cases we will ship UPS) but WE DO NOT PROVIDE TRACKING AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDELIVERED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, OR RESHIP ORDERS FOR "UNDELIVERED" INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  WE WILL NOT PROVIDE EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR "DELIVERED" INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  We can only provide customers with a Customs Declaration number that shows your package was accepted at the U.S. Postal Service.  Please note: Our U.S. shipping costs for international packages pay for postage that covers the cost of transporting and delivering packages.

Custom/Import duties and taxes are not covered in the postage fee, but are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend if you have questions about any custom/import charges in your country, that you contact your local customs office for specifics.

What is chgostore.com’s return/exchange policy?
For orders within the U.S., we will gladly accept merchandise returns for exchanges ONLY (NO REFUNDS) within 10 business days from receiving your order. The return has to be equal or less in value for the exchange.  If 10 business days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. At this time we do not accept cash refunds.

To be eligible for a return exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the item cannot exceed the price of the "returned" item. If you need to do an exchange, send us an email first at chgostore@gmail.com and we will provide you with further instructions.  Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost on returns.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
